Registered Nurse – Per Diem Opportunities
Location: Michigan | Schedule: Per Diem | Department: Varies by Need Med Surg/Telemetry
12 Hour Nights. **Must pick up 1 shift every 90 days to stay active**

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold professional nursing standards and hospital policies

Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, creating individualized care plans

Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members to ensure understanding and engagement in care

Evaluate interventions and adjust care plans based on patient responses and evolving needs

Maintain accountability for patient care quality, satisfaction, safety, and continuous personal development
Essential Requirements:

2+ years of RN experience – REQUIRED

Active Michigan RN license – Must be verified through LARA
-
Current physical copies of all relevant certifications – REQUIRED
