 Minimum Qualifications:
Education: BSN from an accredited nursing program
Experience:
At least 2 years of full-time nursing and care coordination experience (for BSN)
Clinical case management experience with children, families, seniors, or groups as a Registered Nurse Case Manager (RNCM)

Certifications:
BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association)
CCM (Commission for Case Management) or ANCC Case Management Certification – OR eligible with 2+ years of BSN-level experience
Knowledge of HIPAA and medical privacy regulations
