Nurse’s Etc. Staffing, a proud veteran and minority-owned healthcare staffing agency, is seeking experienced OR Registered Nurses for an exciting travel contract opportunity.
Assignment Details:
Location: Des Moines, Iowa
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 40
Shift Details: Monday - Friday: Days
Float Requirements: Will be required to float across all campuses; Iowa Methodist MC, Iowa Lutheran & Iowa Methodist
Weekend Requirements: Call schedule; Fri 5p through Mon 6:30a
On Call: Up to 1 overnight/week and 3 weekends per 13-week contract
Winter holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)
Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.
Pay: $2,767 ($1,360 taxable + $1,407 stipend)

Requirements:
- 2+ years of current OR experience
- Scrub and Circulating experience
- At a minimum - must be proficiently experienced in the following cases: Gen, Robotics, Pediatrics and Trauma ( additional experience in following service lines -- (Neuro, ortho (primarily trauma), gyn, uro, transplants, plastics, ENT, Vascular)
- Active state license
- EPIC EMR
- Level I experience
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
