What We're Looking for in a Registered Nurse (RN) - Radiology
Position Qualifications/Requirements:
- Degree: Associates Degree of Nursing.
- Education: Graduate from a college or university accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or as otherwise identified in the TO.
- Experience: One year of experience in nursing as identified in the TO after graduation.
- Certifications (in addition to Basic Life Support: Posses and maintain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Board Certification: None
- Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse as required in the TO.
- Letter of Recommendation: Provide two (2) letters of recommendation written within the last two (2) years attesting to the HCW’s clinical skills. One letter must be from a practicing physician or supervisory nurse who has personally observed and evaluated the HCW and who can attest to the HCW’s clinical skills in the care of patients. The other letter may be from a clinic or hospital administrator, physician or peer nurse who has personal knowledge of the HCW’s patient care skills in a similar clinical environment. Reference letters shall attest to the HCW’s communication skills and ability to relate to patients as well as professional and other interpersonal skills among staff members and must include name, title, phone number, date of reference, address and signature of the individual providing reference.
