Med/Surg-Tele RN – Travel Contract | Waterloo, IA
Nurse’s Etc. Staffing, a proud veteran and minority-owned healthcare staffing agency, is seeking experienced Med/Surg-Tele Registered Nurses for an exciting travel contract opportunity.
Assignment Details:
Location: Waterloo, Iowa
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36
Shift Details: 12H Nights
Float Requirements: May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend & Holiday rotation
Winter holidays: Required to work 2 of 3 (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving)
Limit of 1 day request off between 11/26/25-11/30/25 and 12/23/25-1/2/26 for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.
Pay: $2,326 ($1,080 taxable + $1,246 stipend), $30/hr

Unit Information:
- Patient Ratios: 1:6
- Bed Size: 130
- Drips: heparin, insulin, lasix, amiodarone, diltizem, digoxin
- Tele reads
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
- 2+ years of related recent experience
- Active state license or compact license when applicable
- Must be able to comfortably/confidently read EKG/ECG including all Tele related duties/responsibilities (rhythm strips, dysrhythmia reads)
- Certifications: BLS
- Must be 50+ miles from the facility
