Nurses Etc Staffing is seeking experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurses for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy diagnostic imaging environment supporting patients undergoing advanced imaging and interventional procedures.

Location: Rochester, NY
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Nights
Hours: 36 hours/week

Compensation:

• $40/hr
• $1,484/week stipend
• $2,924/week gross

Position Overview

Nurses work within a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for pre-procedural preparation, post-procedural recovery, and overnight observation care. The RN will provide pre/post and 23-hour care for IR patients, including patients boarding overnight before or after procedures.

The unit supports patients undergoing:

• CT scans
• MRI
• Nuclear Medicine
• X-ray
• Ultrasound

Experience with GI post-procedural care is preferred but not required. Strong communication, critical thinking, organization, and teamwork skills are essential.

 

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of IR experience
• Telemetry experience required
• Medical/Surgical and Telemetry background preferred
• Active New York RN license ONLY
• Certifications (AHA only):
  • BLS
  • ACLS
