Position: Ultrasound Tech
Location: VA Portland Health Care System
Schedule:
8-hour, 9-hour, or 10-hour shifts. May include weekends and holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers
as RVT, OB/GYN, Muscular Skeletal, etc;
- Must have a BCLS certification and demonstrate expertise in ultrasounds of
native and transplanted organs, renal artery stenosis and renal Doppler.
- Must have a minimum 3 years of hospital experience within the United States.
- Must have worked within a hospital setting as an Ultrasound Tech in the last
- Provide evidence of current professional liability insurance.
- Be available to work for the VA at least six (6) months after starting date.
- Must have worked within a hospital lab setting as a Vascular Ultrasound Tech in
the last six months.
