Travel Cath Lab Technologist – EP Experience Required, Tyler, TX

Nurse’s Etc. Staffing, a proud veteran and minority-owned healthcare staffing agency, is seeking experienced Cath Lab Technologist w/ Electrophysiology (EP) experience for an exciting travel contract opportunity at an acute care hospital in Tyler, Texas.  This position offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work with a highly skilled cardiovascular team in a dynamic acute care environment.
Job Details: 
• $50/hr taxable rate
• $1,246 weekly stipend
$3,246 Weekly Gross Pay
Shift: 4x10s (40 hours/week)
13 Week Contract

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures

• Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety during procedures

• Operate radiologic and cardiovascular imaging equipment

• Monitor patient status and respond to changes during procedures

Requirements

Education

• Graduate from an accredited Radiology Technology program or Associate degree in a healthcare-related field

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience

• Electrophysiology (EP) experience required

• At least 1 year of acute care experience preferred

Certifications

• BLS (AHA) – Required

• ACLS (AHA) – Required

• PALS (AHA) – Required when working independently at pediatric facilities

Preferred Certifications

• RCIS, RCES, RCS

• ARRT (R), (CI), (CV), (VI)

• RDMS (AB or OB/GYN)

• RDCS (AE)

• RVT

Licensure

• Texas licensure required depending on modality

• MRT or LMRT through Texas Medical Board
