Position: LPN (DNA/TB)
Location: CSOSA Facilities, Washington, DC

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch break

Minimum Qualifications:

• Hold a full, current, and unrestricted LPN license in D.C. or any U.S. jurisdiction.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Be trained in universal precautions and infection control standards
• Complete annual TB testing or submit chest x-ray documentation.
