Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Harmony Public Schools (Multiple locations throughout Texas)

Schedule:
8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on school holidays

Description: Conducts behavioral assessments and develops individualized plans
to address interfering behaviors and promote positive student outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Licensed School Psychologist, Behavior Specialist, or Board-Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA).
• Review existing data, observe students; collect and analyze behavioral data; identify function of behavior; develop and document BIP; participate in ARD/IEP meetings.
• Review existing data, conduct interviews and observations; develop and document recommendations; collaborate with families and staff.
