LPN PRN – Rehab | South San Antonio

Pay Rate: $40–$41/hour | Weekly Pay
Shifts: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day) | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night)

• 36-bed facility with focused patient care

• Patient Ratios: 10:1

• EMR: Cerner

• Patient Population: Adults and elderly (ages 18+; generally >80)

What We’re Looking For:

• Required: 1–2 years of recent rehab or med-surg experience 

• Common Diagnoses/Treatments: Spine injury, stroke, MVA, post-hip/knee replacement, wound care

• Certifications: BLS AHA required, ACLS preferred
