Position: Angio Vascular Technician


Nurses Etc. Staffing invites qualified Angio Vascular Technicians to join our esteemed team at Naval Medical Center in Portsmouth, VA.

We currently have openings available for: Full-time, Part-time, PRN 

Position Qualification/Requirements:

· Possess and maintains a current registration as a Radiological Technologist with American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with a subspecialty certification as Vascular-Interventional Radiography (VI) Technologist or Cardiac Interventional (CV) as determined by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

· Possess one (1) year full-time experience as a diagnostic radiologic technologist within the preceding two (2) years, to include experience with digital imaging.

· Possess American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) approved continuing medical education of 12 hours within the last 12 months.

· Provide evidence of work experience as a full time interventional vascular (angiography) technologist of at least 18 continuous months within the preceding 24 months, to include experience with digital imaging and electronic Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS).
