Licensed Practical Nurse/Position Qualification/Requirements:
· Degree/Education: At minimum The LPN shall be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
· Certifications in addition to (BCLS) certification provided by the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
· Experience: One year of practical or vocational nurse experience after graduation.
· Licensure/Registration: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as an LPN.
