What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing wound care and other necessary treatments.
• Maintaining accurate documentation in CradleMRx software.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices.

• Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Texas LVN license (or compact license).
• IV and BLS certifications required.
• 1+ years of home health care experience (or similar field).
• Wound care experience is a must.
• Ability to assist with patient mobility and transfers.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
