Registered Nurse – Per Diem Opportunities

We are currently seeking experienced Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, patient- and family-centered care in a supportive, collaborative healthcare environment. The ideal candidate is committed to professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

12 Hour Nights
**Must pick up 1 shift every 90 days to stay active**

• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to uphold professional nursing standards and hospital policies

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, creating individualized care plans

• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members to ensure understanding and engagement in care

• Evaluate interventions and adjust care plans based on patient responses and evolving needs

• Maintain accountability for patient care quality, satisfaction, safety, and continuous personal development

Essential Requirements:

• 2+ years of RN experience – REQUIRED

• Active Michigan RN license – Must be verified through LARA

• Current physical copies of all relevant certifications – REQUIRED
