Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) – Weekends Only 
Location: Maple Grove, MN
Shift Type: Weekends Only (Per Diem / PRN)

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our care team on a weekends-only basis. If you're looking for flexible scheduling and meaningful patient interaction in a fast-paced acute care setting, this is the role for you.

You’ll play a critical role in providing holistic, patient- and family-centered care to a diverse population, while participating in shared decision-making and continuously improving standards of practice.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients across the lifespan in a Medical-Surgical unit

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and delegate appropriately

• Engage in continuous improvement of care standards and patient outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Medical-Surgical RN experience – Required

• 2+ years of Acute Care Hospital RN experience – Required
  (Long-Term Care experience will not be considered)

• Active RN License in Minnesota – Required

• BLS Certification (AHA) – Required
