Progressive Care/Stepdown/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) – Per Diem / PRN
Location: Fort Dodge, Iowa
Shift Range: Variable (Evening & Night availability may be required)

UnityPoint Health – Trinity Regional Medical Center is seeking highly skilled PCU/Stepdown/Telemetry RNs to join our team on a per diem basis. This role offers the opportunity to care for complex patients in a supportive and professionally engaging environment. What You'll Do:

Provide specialized care to patients requiring intermediate-level monitoring.

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement care strategies.

Maintain nursing practices aligned with the ANA Code for Nurses and UnityPoint Health’s Professional Nurse Practice Model.

Communicate and coordinate with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure optimal outcomes.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience in PCU, Stepdown, or Telemetry – Required

Graduate of an accredited nursing program – Required

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred

Active RN License in Iowa or Compact State – Required
Certifications Required (Must be AHA):

BLS
-
ACLS
