We are seeking highly experienced and compassionate Level III/IV NICU Registered Nurses to join our exceptional neonatal care team on a per diem basis. What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill and premature newborns in a Level III or IV NICU setting.

• Monitor and assess patients, administer medications, operate advanced neonatal equipment, and collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary team members.

• Follow hospital policies and professional nursing standards to ensure optimal outcomes and safety.

• Support and educate families throughout the care process with empathy and professionalism.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Level III or IV NICU RN experience – Required

• Active RN License in Minnesota – Required

• BLS, NRP, and STABLE Certifications – All Required
