We are seeking an experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our PRN float team. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential respiratory care in a dynamic hospital setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical experience, flexibility to float across units, and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

Note: CRTs will not be considered for this position.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver advanced respiratory therapy to patients across various hospital units.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team using the nursing and respiratory process.

• Accurately document care and outcomes in EPIC EMR.

• Float to different units as needed, including adult critical care and potentially NICU (preferred).

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of RRT experience in a hospital setting – Required

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Required

• EPIC charting experience – Required

• NICU experience – Preferred

• NRP Certification – Preferred

• Must be willing to float across units

• All certifications must be active at the time of submission

Required Certifications (must be AHA):

• BLS

• ACLS

• PALS

• NRP – Preferred

• NBRC Certification – Required
