Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Location: Findlay, OH and Bluffton, OH
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (W2 hospital-employed or 1099 contract)
Job Overview:
You will have the flexibility to self-schedule with options for 8-hour or 12-hour shifts, working at various hospital locations. As a CRNA, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including ENT, general surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, and urology, with some minimal pediatric cases. The team model and equitable call schedule ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Position Details:
- Self-Scheduling: Choose between 8-hour or 12-hour shifts.
- Flexible Work Options: Part-time or full-time positions available, with the option to be W2 hospital-employed or 1099 contractor.
- Variety of Cases: Ability to choose from various medical and surgical specialties to help maintain and grow your skillset.
- Call Schedule: Equitable call distribution among a team of 7 full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs.
- Practice Locations: Flexibility to work across multiple facilities in the Findlay and Bluffton, OH area.
- Overtime Opportunities: Available if desired.
- New Grad Friendly: We welcome new graduates and offer one-on-one mentoring from experienced physicians to help you transition into practice.
- Training & Mentorship: New grads will benefit from structured mentorship with a dedicated physician for career development.
- These are permanent positions that may require residency in the immediate local area. Relocation may be required—discussed at interview.
- Locums providers are not accepted.
- CRNA Compensation – 1099 Service Agreement:
- Base Hourly Rate with stipends.
