- 12-Hour Shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 8-Hour Shifts: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM & 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Youth Populations
- FT Nights – 32 & 36 hours
- FT Eve – 32 hours
- FT Night – 36 hours
- High Acuity Adult Populations
- FT Day – 36 hours
- FT Eve – 32 hours
- FT Night – 36 hours
- Older Adult Populations
- FT Eve – 32 hours
- FT Night – 32 hours
- Assess and Develop Care Plans: Work closely with the interdisciplinary team to assess patient needs and develop, monitor, and modify care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with Physicians: Coordinate nursing care with physicians for both individual and group patients.
- Education and Support: Teach and provide support to patients, families, and significant others regarding treatment plans and discharge/aftercare.
- Milieu Management & Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for both patients and staff.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document patient care accurately, following policies and procedures.
- Clinical Leadership: Lead and delegate tasks to nursing staff and promote ongoing staff development.
- Support Recovery Focused Environment: Promote a recovery-focused environment and person-centered care for all patients.
- Licensure: Must be licensed to practice in Michigan.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- Experience: Previous clinical experience required. New grads are welcome to apply, though prior psychiatric or ED experience is preferred.
- Skills: Knowledge of psychiatric nursing theory, cultural competence, and the ability to work in diverse settings.
- Stamina: Ability to handle physical, emotional, social, and cultural challenges of patients.
- Other: Valid Michigan Driver’s License (may be required) and access to company transportation vehicles.
