RN PICU (Pediatric ICU) – Travel Contract | Austin, TX
Nurse’s Etc. Staffing, a proud veteran and minority-owned healthcare staffing agency, is seeking experienced PICU Registered Nurses for an exciting travel contract opportunity.
Assignment Details:
Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Hours: 36
Pay: $2506/week
Shift Details: Multiple openings – days and nights
Requirements:
2 years PICU experience
BLS AHA
PALS AHA
Local candidates are accepted - $63/hour (local rate)
Unit Description:
The PICU/CICU is a 18-bed blended intensive care unit providing care to patients and their families 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The PICU/CICU provides immediate and continuous care for critically ill medical/surgical patients, level 2 trauma, and patients following repair of their congenital heart defects and other complications related to congenital heart disease. This unit accepts patients from newborn to adulthood. PICU/CICU also cares for pediatric patients with multi organ failure providing extracorporeal membrane oxygenation support.
