Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time | $45/hr | Montgomery County, TX

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Montgomery County, Texas. This flexible part-time position supports youth in residential care and offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a lasting impact in your community.

Position Details:

• Pay Rate: $45/hour
• Schedule: Part-time (approx. 2 days/week + on-call support)
• Location: Montgomery County, TX
• Homes: 3 residential youth homes

10 beds (ages 12–18)

10 beds (ages 5–16)

15 beds (ages 12–18)

Job Responsibilities:

• One day per week onsite to count and verify medications
• One day per week coordinating with pharmacy and clinical team
• Participate in virtual medication reviews every 3 weeks; complete required documentation
• On-call for after-hours medication changes and emergencies via ECP (Electronic MAR system)
• Ensure medication compliance and maintain accurate medical records
• Promote health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all homes

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the State of Texas
• Experience with pediatric or adolescent populations preferred (residential/behavioral health settings a plus)
• Familiarity with ECP or similar EMR/medication tracking systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Compassionate approach and commitment to youth care
