OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner – Locum | Colorado Springs, CO
Nurse’s Etc. Staffing, a proud veteran and minority-owned healthcare staffing agency, is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioner for an exciting locum tenens opportunity.
Assignment Details:
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado
Pay: TBD during interview, negotiable based on experience
Start Date: ASAP, Immediate credentialing
Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, some hospital coverage
Ideally would like a provider to offer full-time coverage
Call Schedule: 1 in 5 days, 1 in 10 overnight and weekend
Requirements:
Board Certified NP
CO State License
BLS, ACLS, NRP
OB/GYN experience
- Low risk pregnancy- PT's with pre-existing problems, history of twins, history of toxemia, pyelonephritis, hyperemesis, etc.
- FHR interpretation- NST/CST/FSE
- Level I/screening (viability)
- Routine delivery- vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for a C-section
- Complicated delivery - C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions, etc.
- VBAC's
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
