Nurses Etc Staffing is seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to support anticoagulation and pain management services at Nellis AFB, NV.
Minimum Qualifications
- Pharm.D. from an ACPE-accredited college or university (B.S. in Pharmacy may be considered with appropriate anticoagulation certification/experience)
- Minimum 1 year of anticoagulation (AC) service experience
- Minimum 12 months of experience in chronic pain and/or palliative care medicine
- Active pharmacy practice experience within the last 24 months and at least 24 months of pharmacy practice/training within the past 36 months
- Current, unrestricted U.S. pharmacy license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Board certification, clinical pharmacy residency/fellowship, or appropriate clinical pharmacy education/training/CME
