- Watkins Jail – 2680 S 28th Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85009
Responsibilities
• Provide nursing care to patients according to provider orders and nursing protocols
- Administer medications and monitor patient response
- Conduct patient assessments and respond to illnesses, injuries, and emergencies
- Assist providers during sick calls and medical examinations
- Maintain accurate medical documentation within the EMR system
- Educate patients on treatment plans and health management
- Collaborate with medical and correctional staff to ensure patient safety
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN license
- Current TB test documentation
- Current AHA BLS
- Current First Aid certification (AHA or ARC)
- Ability to pass a background check and fingerprinting
