Requirements – Fast-Track Hiring

• 1+ year RN experience – REQUIRED
• Active RN license — Arizona or Compact
• AHA BLS – in-person certification required
• TB test within 12 months
• MMR, Hepatitis B & Varicella documentation
• Current N95 fit test
• Must complete background check and fingerprinting
