Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• MA Program Completion Certificate
• Minimum 1 Year MA/CHT Experience
• Current N95 Fit Test Documentation
• Current BLS & First Aid Certification AHA
• Current TB test active within 12 months, MMR, Hep B, and Varicella

$100 Fast Track Bonus
