Position: Phlebotomy Technician
Location: Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Tallahassee, FL


Schedule:
Will normally consist of 40 sessions per week occurring Monday through Friday between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., or 7:30am to 4:00pm, excluding Federal Holidays. Each daily schedule will include a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. Visits will normally consist of eight (8) sessions.

A session will equal one (1) hour.

Description of Services:
All duties will be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the field of Phlebotomist. The contractor will adhere to all standards and regulations associated with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Healthcare Services and the American Correctional Association Standards/Core Standards for Adult Correctional Institutions, as well as Federal and State policies and regulations.

Education and Experience:
Phlebotomy Transcript/Certification

Special Qualifications Required:
1) 6 months documented experience as a phlebotomist.
2) Must be a graduate of an accredited Phlebotomist program.
3) Must be CPR/AED certified.

Documents supporting your qualifications must be submitted (resume, photocopies of certificates/license and CPR etc.)
